What data I collect
Only what you enter in the trademark review form: your name, the trademark name, and your email or WhatsApp number. If you contact me directly by WhatsApp or email, I also keep that conversation.
How I use it
Solely to respond to your request, follow up, and, if you choose, provide my professional services. I don't use it for advertising, and I don't sell or share it with third parties.
Service providers
To run this website I use technology providers that process data on my behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions) and Google Workspace (email). Their servers may be located outside Costa Rica.
How long I keep it
As long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting professional relationship, and then for the period required by my legal and professional obligations.
Your rights
Under Costa Rica's personal data protection law (Ley 8968), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to christian@on3-ip.com. You may also contact Costa Rica's data protection agency (PRODHAB).
Confidentiality
Information you share about your matter is handled with the confidentiality inherent to the practice of law and notarial work.
